Italian Cooking Holidays When a traveller is wanting to go on a vaction most of them just think of laying on the beach and gazing in to the sunset but dont you want to do something for a change?. How about going on a cooking vacation for once? Most of us don't think of doing this but it is a great way to learn to cook. But if you would like to have a change of pace in your Italian vacation well this might be the thing you have been looking for. This is an historical medieval village almost 3 hours drive from the capital Rome. Carlo Innocenti is the owner and master chef of this unique Bed and Breakfast and he and his family have welcomed guests from everywhere in the world and introduced them to his culinary skills. La Locanda Del Prete provides a genuine Tuscan culinary experience for your Italian vacation. This place is off the beaten track but located in a quaint medieval village it promises to be a wonderful experience for you. The owner Carlos Innocenti has owned and operated several Italian restaurants over the years and been teaching cooking in the Tuscan style and some of his many students have even included chefs from all over the world wanting to learn traditional Tuscan recipes handed down through the generations. The owner and his family teach their culinary skills in a Authentic truely Tuscan Environment. Carlo has a son named Romeo, a great Italian chef who has a wide knowledge of genuine Italian seafood recipes and complimenting the foods with specific local wines. Apart from his cooking skills Romeo is also a very experienced tour guide who speaks fluent English. Romeo also manages the Tuscany Wine Tasting Vacation Tours. The Tour with Romeo is fantastic and helps on your Italian cooking vacation as Romeo will guide you through the Brunello wine country. Here you will also get to wine and dine while you learn more about the local culture and they also allow some time for you tour the area yourself and perhaps re-visit anything that was particularly interesting. Carlo and his family run this amazing bed and breakfast and the season begins in mid May. Here you can choose from 2 packages either the full week or the 3 day package. Cooking Italiana vacation is good for four to ten people and you and your group are going to stay at the Bed and Breakfast and all transport is included in the price. For those people who insist on the ocean being a part of their vacation the tour also includes a visit to an old seaside fishing village. While you are staying there you will get an apron and a cook book and you will be shown how to cook Tuscan food, which you had better get right because it will be served to you for your lunch.
